Prescriptions and Refills

Diagnostic office visits are required for Prescriptions. The prescription will indicate the appropriate number of refills. Additional refills are not routinely authorized over the phone. Office visits are usually required.

Emergency Care and Hospitalization

In the event of an emergency, call 911 or go immediately to the nearest emergency room. Our patients can go to Bloomington Hospital.

Specialist Referrals

Many insurance companies require you to be evaluated by your primary care physician to determine the need for a referral to a specialist. If needed, our office will complete a referral form before you make an appointment with the specialist.
